So a month ago I had sex with this girl and a week later started getting yellow/white penile discharge. I went and got tested and treated for chlamydia/gonorrhea/urethritis and the treatment failed and the tests came back negative. I went back and got treated for trichomoniasis (which they told me they don’t test men for) and the treatment failed again. The girl got tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis and everything came back negative. So then I went back to the doctor and they told me they think it’s a prostate infection and gave me a twice a day 10 day treatment of antibiotics. This treatment finally worked and for over a week, I was problem free. Finally after a month of abstinence, I had intercourse with the same girl again. She is clean and tested so everything should have been fine. The day after having sex with her though, the discharge is back and is getting worse. It is a whiteish-yellowish discharge, it is slightly irritating to urinate although tolerable, and there are no other symptoms Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
