For a while now I've been occasionally witnessing a clear discharge from my penis. Just now I noticed spots on my underwear that the only explanation for seems to be a discharge. So it's probably happening more frequently than I'm witnessing. I'm really worried, especially since all tests are suggesting nothing is wrong. I tested for STDs and UTIs and nothing was wrong. I haven't even had sex in years so it can't really be an STD. This is really worrying me. Any ideas why this might be happening?
