Hi all, My symptoms started 6 months ago in JAN. I have been to numerous std clinics where i have been negative for hiv hep syphillis mycoplasma ureaplasma chlamydia and ghonorea. I have seen my urologist 4 times- told me it might be prostatis which it wasnt then sent me for a cytoscopy- this revealed a slight urethral narrowing and was dialated on 11/06/19. Im due for an ultrasound and a CT scan but im not hopefull. This is my timeline with antibiotics given. JANUARY Burning sensation and discomfort on tip with a red rash (throughout January) FEBRUARY Pain down urethra and painful erection that woke me up- felt like it was going to burst (2nd Feb) Itchy urethra (2nd Feb) Clear watery discharge after ejaculation with consistency of ejaculation changing to a really gloopy gelatin like (15th Feb) Pain in tip of penis (end of Feb) (METROZONIDALE 23 Feb 1 week) MARCH Clear sticky discharge (10th March) Green/white tongue horrible taste (12th march- till present) Lots of clear sticky stuff after ejaculation (14th March) Lots of sticky stuff in toilet bowl after urination after ejaculation that turns yellow when its on my finger (sorry to be graphic) 15th March. (CIPROFLOXACIN 4 weeks) (AZITHROMYCIN 1 dose) PAIN IN TIP GONE (end of March) ejaculation pretty much back to normal APRIL Tightness in testicle started (18th April) Shooting pain in right testicle (22nd April) MAY Lots of clear discharge (3rd may) Itchy urethra (METROZONDALE 1week 13th May) Shooting pain in right vas defrens walk in centre- gave me (Ofloxacin 2weeks 25th May) JUNE Operation cytoscopy (11th June) Pain in other testicle (25th June) Pain in urethra again (26th June) Penis went really warm just before burning at tip (27th June) Burning sensation again (28th June) DOXYCYCLINE (1 week) Urethra really tender with shooting pain in tip again (28th June) Back to watery ejaculation and feeling like it is struggling to come out- exactly same as when I first visited urologist in March (30th june) mental breakdown- hence the internet search and finding this forum. I am scared to death of an infection but everywhere i turn im told it is not. I really want to get back to how i used to be. Any help/advice/support would be greatly received. Sorry to hear about your problems man, hope you are feeling better I have a similar situation. I started having pain in the penis tip and urethra after having an unprotected sex. thought it was injury or STI I’ve had it for a more than three months now I have been given Rocephin Zithromax and doxycycline for several weeks now I also been to urologist who told me I may have prostate infection but the pain in the penis is not better after being on antibiotics for weeks. I am very depressed and have difficulty in day-to-day activities, hoping you found a solution and can give me some hope.
