Background:
For twenty three years of my life, I have suffered with whatever this penile condition is. From a young age, my family never took the time to teach me the importance of retracting the foreskin and maintaining good hygiene. I envy all the families who have their baby boys circumcized at birth-- - a chance I never got. Being uncircumcized, pain is all I have ever known, and as a result, I will never get to enjoy sex like everybody else.
I have never cleaned the inside of my foreskin before, because any attempt I make, the pain is so severe, it makes me cry and makes me turn flaccid very quickly. It was only up until a couple months ago that I started doing retraction exercises in the bathtub, and even after all this time, the glans never became desensitized. It's as if no progression was ever made. I invested in a Fleshlight with the hope that it would somehow benefit me, and even with adequate amount of lube and patience, I don't experience not one ounce of pleasure. Matter of fact, the sensation I get is likened to that of a needle being punctured into the urethra.
Pain:
- The meatus, where the entrance of my urethra is, has always been bright red, glossy, and has an appearance like lips. With the slightest touch, I experience a sharp, shooting pain that sends me flying to the ceiling.
- My frenulum is still in tact, and with the slightest touch, even with the touch of a q-tip, I have severe shooting pain.
- When retracting the foreskin, the sensation feels odd & unnatural, and borderline painful when exposing the glans; enough to make me squirm and give up.
- The foreskin is very tight, and will not go down any further as shown in that picture.
I am absolutely terrified to see a healthcare professional about this, and Ive done all that I could to try and correct this situation, without any success.
So let me see, what is the best way to put this: if you had a severe pain in your lower stomach, so, as far as you would know, it could be a stomach, intestinal upper- or lower-bowel issue - you would go get it checked out rather than eventually lead to the possibility that you were ignoring the signs of a severe condition, for example.
The best specialist to see for what you have going on is a Urologist - what I see in the photo tells me you need to get the possibility of a severe Meatus / Urethra problem checked with a Urologist. Many of the other issues, such as the pain you experience can only be answered and addressed appropriately by a Urologist.
Once you have seen a Urologist I can support and guide you further with addressing the issues of a tight foreskin.
Either contact your own GP / Family Doctor initially for a Urologist referral, or contact any sexual health or GU medicine facility, such as a GUM Clinic if you are in the UK and ask if you can get to see a Urologist
- Knowing your age would really help?
So the age you are now fits with the experiences you have had, and are currently having.
Yes, I can fully empathise about not being told by anyone in your family that your penis needs taking care of, particularly as you reach puberty / sexual maturation as this was my experience too and I had severe phimosis to overcome.
So it is time now to get the professional medical help you need - please DO NOT let this drift any longer as it is - you need to get it sorted and make the potential of a sex life much better once your penis is fully healed and healthy as it should be
