anyone experience this? I talked to a pyschian urologists and he said i most likely have some sort of penile stricture where the tendons in my penis are tight becuase for a few months my penis has not been relaxed when flaccid and instead of hanging down like it usually did it now is firm and stiff when flaccid and scrunched up more. Anyone know treatment for this?
