I just got off clyndimician a few days ago for an infection. tonight while showering I noticed my glans was a different color then normal. the bottom is really dark purple and might be swollen.
What age are you? The photos show nothing that is not typical of an adult penis - what you may be noticing is that it looks different to what you last remember it, and as you say, there could be some swelling present.
In terms of the Clindamycin was this prescribed to you by a medical professional? If so, for what problem?
Are you regularly masturbating at the moment?
A simple approach could to see if it changes in the next few weeks after not using the Clindamycin.
Abstaining from masturbation for that period of time would also help
