I have had this weird looking abnormality for years and i cannot figure out what it is and am embarrassed to show the doctor. It is also very sensitive. Any ideas?
are you talking about the tip or the frenulum?

also, the frenulum leads into the tip with is red and enlarged.
You should consult a urologist.
Don’t be embarrassed, they see and observe these things on daily basis.
I feel it may be phimosis. It is a minor issue.

i actually have the same issue and im seeing a urologist. he doesnt know the cause. he wants to check my bladder in feb.
What you have is definitely a frenulum breve - there is a relatively minor surgical procedure you can get to sort this - you do not need full circumcision, be suspicious if that is what is suggested to you … a Urologist is the best professional to see about this …
