Penis and testicle burns. Help

Hello, I am a 15 year old boy. Yesterday I had a shower.I did use some kind of a body shower thing around my penis area.I didn't know that I should have washed it with water. After about 2 hours my penis area started to burn really painfully. My testicles became really red with some kind of blisters and really wrinkly, like an old man. My foreskin burned so much and it was really painful. The next day (today) the area is not burning but it is really red.I am worried about my testicles. They look really bad.Empty, red, wrinkly and in really bad condition. How can I start treating the area and will my life return to normal? Please, help me.

hi,

there is one guy on the form here would suggest you to use coconut oil

as it’s coronavirus time if you’re not able to get some, please, give it a rest for 2-3 days, You don’t need to worry and you will for sure, soon soon, “return to normal” but hold on from masturbation for 2-3 days.
Also clean with water and without any soap. Let it dry gently after shower.

For sure it’s the body shower / shampoo that you used around there that has done this irritation / burn thing.

Thank you so much for your reply! Helped me a lot! Stay safe and wish you happy Easter.

You have had a severe reaction from what you used in the shower, if you used soap elsewhere on your body and this drained into your groin / penis area this could have added to the problem.
If you live in a cold climate such as the UK or much of Europe you need to use a towel to very carefully dry ALL the skin in your groin region - then start extremely carefully to dry your penile skin. You need a sizeable towel that ONLY you use, you must NOT share it with anyone. Use different dry areas of the towel to dry your groin, then a different area for your penis. Swap the towel as often as you can for a freshly laundered one as often as you can, and certainly after using it yourself for 3 days. Keep the towel where only you can access it - such as in your own room.
I would try to avoid taking a shower for 3 to 4 weeks, so get a full wash otherwise - be sure not to apply any soap or other body wash when cleaning your penis. Get yourself some wet wipes to thoroughly clean after non-urine toilet visits (solids) and to clean other areas of your body where you sweat - use different wipes for these, obviously. Dispose of the wipes in a sealed bin if they are not flushable types.
When urinating draw your foreskin (I am presuming you can expose the head of your penis) fully towards your body so that no urine contact your foreskin, experiment with sitting down on the toilet to do this if you find it easier. After fully emptying of urine use some toilet paper to remove residue from around the tip of your penis, then use a little waster from the tap to wash the tip area of your penis only, then dry with a towel when you are at home. NEVER use HOT water - it is really essential that no hot water does not touch your distress skin in your penile, testicle and potentially elsewhere in your groin region.
Hopefully most of the reaction will fade within for weeks - if you do have ongoing problems simply update your Forum Post here …
