The photos are not at all clear, however, from the small detail you have provided suggest the skin on the head and foreskin of your penis is severely irritated and distressed. This will require the right actions consistently put in place for an extended period of months. The cause, or part of the cause of this, as a combination of different things have most likely caused this to occur, the most important factor is whether you have recently had unprotected penetrative sex and/or oral sex. "i have used ketonazole cream " and " can i get cured without circumcision or should I get circumcised " . NO, you should not get circumcised, with the right form of medication, AND if you use it correctly you can cure the problem you have. Circumcision would not deal with the skin problem on the head of the penis, that would still need the correct medication. . Have you seen a Medical Professional such as a Doctor about this? The best specialist for you to see would be a skin specialist, a Dermatologist. What country do you live in? Can you get access to a dedicated Sexual Health Service?
