I don't know what this is and am worried but i need answers.
looks like Fordyce spots
completely normal.
How long have these been present? As Lostknight suggests they may be Fordyce spots - do some internet searches and if the detail you get seems to make sense, then that is solved - if not, and you are really worried about it seek Professional Medical advice.
