i have bad habit of masturburation from more then 10 years. i am also active in sexual relations so i have some different problems 1) i have pain on tip of penis whenever i pee.. and everytime its pain level is different. sometime its low next time its high next time its more high and after few times again low.. its from many years.. but its before i did sex with anyone. many times i went to doctors urologist they did different tests and sometimes there was little infections but no std or hard infections.. they give me course of antibiotics and some berry drinks for urine but never this pain is fixed.. and also issue is whenever i start taking antibiotics i have sores/blisters in mouth 2) 2nd problem is sometimes between testicles and legs part i have some sore and little clot which pains sometimes but after two three days if gets invisible and no pain sometimes its at both side sometime at any one side. sometime with pain sometime without pain i am never able to understand whst is this 3) 3rd problem is sometimes after having sex and masturburation sometimes not always after 5 or 10 minutes i have too much pain on head of penis its not pain its like burning and i need to urinate while when i go for urination urine not come or littld come but it still burns and wants me to urine it happens for 20 to 30 minutes and go away

I don’t know if this is it but it does sound like a case of Prostatitis. All men can get it at any age. And every man will have some different pain. Go back to the doctor and have them check. Men have been masturbating and having sex for years.
Go have it checked. You doctor should have checked for that all ready.

once my doctor fingered my ass to check something and he asked me if i was feeling any pain but there was no pain while he was touching inside my ass… i heard his conversation he was telling his assitant that my prostate is little bigger he thinks. but later doctor told me that there is nothing everything is fine while maybe this pain maybe psychological.. while its not psychological i have pain and i am 100% sure but that doctor was telling me that your all reports are fine now for what i give you medicine. at that time he did my detailed test of urine and also prostate manual test and blood test.. while he also told me to urine in a speacial machine in which he maybe checked pressure and type of urine
I don’t think that can tell to much. I have been with my Urologist for all most 4 years. He has only did the finger test once and that was at the first part of the summer…When he say drop your pants. I was surprised
I think you may need another urologist. He seam to be pointing at straws
