I took a STD test a few months ago and found out i had Chlamydia. I was prescribed antibiotics and the symptoms i had went away. Two weeks later i was filling my penis up with blood (squeezing as hard as possible) and then i would grab it from the bottom of the shaft and pull upwards to "stretch it". Anyways while doing it some blood came out. Ever since then it burns when i pee but ONLY when i finish peeing and zip up my pants i feel a burn at the tip. Sometimes I wont feel anything at all. Sometimes when i pee it actually hurts at the tip like when you cut yourself and run water over it. My tip looks inflammed like when i did have Chlamydia. When I masturbate and finish my tip becomes inflammed like crazy, and then red blotches appear at the tip. It doesnt hurt but its definentaly concerning. I Do not know what to do or what this is.

Ive had some the same minis the blood. does yours burn for seemingly no reason sometimes and also some days you dont feel any issue at all? I was re-tested and it came back negative.
I Did a normal urine test. Sometimes yeah it does, and some days i dont have any issues
i was retested multiple times and they have come back negative aswell
Ronda, the practice you have of - " filling my penis up with blood (squeezing as hard as possible) " has probably caused an internal blood vessel to burst, so when you: - " masturbate and finish my tip becomes inflammed like crazy, and then red blotches appear at the tip " further suggests you have internal blood vessel damage. You must STOP the practice of filling up your penis with blood, and also stop masturbating to allow your penis to heal. The damaged blood vessel or vessels can remain weak for sometime and actually take a number of months to both heal and regain their strength. I would suggest 5 to 6 months complete rest for your penis, otherwise you risk further damage to your penis - and the main reason is if the blood vessel(s) do / does not heal surgery to repair this is easy for a surface blood vessel, but an internal one can be very difficult to repair and take even longer for your penis to regain strength.
I also tasted positive for Chlamydia my recommendation would be to make an appointment to PC
