I have this problem. I noticed that overtime my skin color on penis, specifically on frenulum and glans is changing. There is some white discoloration. I saw doctor about 2 years ago and he said that it is pigmentation.
I'm 38. I have no STD's, my wife is my first and only partner. No itching, problem urinating, pain or anything. I feel fine. I have no problem during sex and morning woods are stronger than ever. Could it be because of alot of sex and sometimes abit rough.
I might add, that I always had problems with my skin (like dermatitis, but not strong cases), just not in my genital area.
I have taken some pictures. Taken after sex, so dont mind the skin pattern. Just the bright areas. Should I be worried?
P. S. Pardon me for taking to many pictures. Just want to get it from different angles.
Hi Tombar I’m sorry but I think you probably have lichen sclerosus and it looks fairly extensive. you should see your doctor as soon as possible to start treatment with some steroid cream and you will also need a referral to a dermatologist or urologist.
Hi just wondering if you had any updates with your condition? Do you have any trouble retracting your foreskin?
