Please help
As you can see in images, there is this discoloration of glans penis. It started after sex with chafing.
April 2023 - Chafing / sensitive inflamed after sex and 2 tone color.
June - All STI testes negative (pic 1) Dr gave hydrocortisone. Changed to the following pictures
July - pic 2

October- present - pic 4
me too i have this doctors are useless maybe try dermatologist
I have same thing, seen the best dermatologist in north texas. Dx post inflammatory hypopigmentation. My GP thought nothing of it.
