I’m no expert but it looks pale like there’s no blood circulating…I will stress I am NOT a doctor but I read about something yesterday about Phimosa and the tightening of the foreskin around the base of the glans and cutting off the blood supply. I am not saying you got that but from your photos it certainly looks "tight " around your glans …don’t worry but you would be best to see a doctor just in case. Soon.
yes I have phimosis. it occur 5 months ago. I took homeopathic medicine and it is improving but i am tensed about white colour of head of penis

The cause of the tight foreskin and the whiteness (scarring) is lichen sclerosis; if the homeopathic treatment isn’t making it much better and sex is uncomfortable you should consider getting circumcised. A strong steroid cream like Dermovate would be a better alternative to homeopathy, but if you have already tried this then surgery is a sensible option to discuss with your doctor.

Yes, LS is treatable but you need to speak to a urologist to discuss the pros and cons of circumcision, which is aimed at removing the tight foreskin IF it is giving you trouble. It will not correct the penile head (glans) if it is already scarred/white.

Don’t worry. It is not a big problem. Consult a urologist and also tell him about the homoeopathic medicine you are using. If the urologist feels that a cream can solve your problem, then no need of any surgery. And don’t overthink about the color or appearance of penis glans or foreskin… just focus on getting the tight foreskin issue treated.

i am diagnosed with BXO today by dermatologist. given some cream to apply over for 1 month for treating white skin.

This BXO or LS is just nothing. In 2011 the urologist told me that I had BXO because i was having similar white patch and tight foreskin. He put me on a steroid cream for a couple of months and did a minor surgery ( frenuloplasty) to loosen up my foreskin. After that in the year 2017 another urologist told me that this is not BXO and he did a corrective surgery to loosen up the foreskin a little more. It’s been almost 10 years… the white patch has not spread at all. Therefore bro, all I wanna suggest u is that just stay in touch with the doctors and enjoy your life. Rather than searching for solutions online, visit your doctor for reassurance. Internet is full of nonsense. It is good that you are alert. Nothing bad will happen to you. Believe me.

I had bxo and after two months without circumcission I am able to retract my foreskin back. But there are some white patched at prepuce which is still there.
Please suggest is this much retract is sufficient? (pic is attached)
