Hi, been having problems with my penis for over 2 years. i have met with doctors, urologists, dermatologist and tested myself for all stds several times.

i have constant pain in my right testicle and it feels “heavy” also alot more volume in it compared to the left.

my foreskin and glans is constant red and if i dont wash with oil it dries instantly and skin comes off. Tip of penis gets really red after ejaculation.

rarely i get pain in the urinary tract, its more like a distinct feeling of something moving inside it.

i get weird “tingling” feelings all over my body, id describe it as getting raindrops on my body, have happened several times its sun outside but i look up believing its starting to rain.

pain in my legs mostly the right, if i press on the right side of my groin there is a spot where it hurts real bad.

my nails have started to change recently getting dark/yellowish at the top wandering further and further down.

and on the tip of my penis there is fluid retention only visible after erection or in the morning, doesnt hurt or anything.

hi mate, any specific trigger for this? oral sex etc? you tested for herpes? any anal issues?

Hi, i cant think of any specific trigger. When this started i hadn’t have sex for over 1.5 year and i wore a condom.

Ive tested myself for chlamydia, trichomonas, gonorrhea, mycoplasma, Hiv, syfilis, hepatitis and herpes.

Yes i sometimes have a burning feeling in in the anus, and a feeling its “bubbling” inside. Also like its leaking not much but enough to irretate the skin.

Another thing i believed was resolved, quite a while since it happened now except from yesterday. When i take a shit and “push”? i get discharge from my penis. Its white and very sticky.
