i have a 5 inch erected dick but my foreskin is attached to the glands if i pull my foreskin down it is painful and my dick becomes 3 inches still erected but it pains .I have tried to pull my foreskin only once and this happened. Having a fear about penis size and the foreskin.Is it phimosis or any other problem what should i do now?
Sounds like phimosis. Don’t worry about size as it’s not a problem.
If it’s only the second time in your life to pull the foreskin back, then it’s not a problem. But if you remember it retracting when younger, then it’s not a good sign.
As for the long foreskin, if it doesn’t cause you pain on intercourse, then you don’t have to worry.

were you able to pull it back before or is this the first time you’re pulling it back?
if it’s the first time, then it’s ok. nothing is wrong. just keep slowly pulling it back every time you shower. eventually you will be able to pull it back without problems.
if this is not the first time you’re pulling it back and it got tight out of nowhere, then go see a doctor.
