My issue is that the foreskin will not retract automatically when the penis is full erect. However I can retract it manually.
Can you let me know how this can be resolved
The important thing is not to force it, you could tear yourself. Not everyone's foreskin will automatically retract when they get an erection. Are you able to try GENTLY pulling back the forskin when you are in a bath? You can try doing it both flacid and erect.
If it is too tight to pull back at all, it might be worth a visit to your doctor for advice. But don't worry if it doesn't happen automatically, it doesn't for a lot of men.

I am able.to retract it without any pain by hand when flacid or erect but the foreskin will not retract back by itself even when the penis is.fully erect. I have to pull it by hand and retract itself.
It will otherwise retract by pulling back without any pain in or without bath.
I want that it should do retract itself on its own when penis is full erect.
That is perfectly normal then hun, so long as you are able to manually retract it, everything sounds fine. It is surprisingly common for a foreskin not to automatically retract when you get an erection.
