Hi I am having uncircumcised penis , my foreskin when not erect can be pulled back till the head . If the penis is in erect state , I can also pull it back but with small discomfort till the head . But the foreskin is not gliding smooth . How to make this glide smother?
Have you tried lube or moisturiser?

That sounds like phimosis, which can normally be fixed with stretching or steroid creams. How old are you though? It may just fix itself.
