hello sir, i am getting too much itching on penis frenulum side it is from last 1 month whenever i get bath i put some hot water on it for wash it start itching and the skin is also dry and rough. Even some light green spot are observed on corona glans. And the back side of forehead skin is getting black on some side and on another side some white spot are there whenever i get itching that skin is start losing some dried skin of that spot. And also black spot is there on head of penis is also itching. I went to normal MBBS Physician he suggested me some anti fungal., anti biotic and clobetasol propionate cream but its not working can you help me out of this please.

NEVER use HOT water on penile skin!!!
When did the physician give you the medication and have you been using it everyday since then.
You will ONLY gain benefit from clobetasol if you use it correctly - was it detailed to you how to apply it and how frequently to do this?
So, what you have is a mixture of things: the spots are most likely to be a natural part of your penis. However, you most likely have a skin problem that is causing the skin discolouration.
I wonder if it is possible for you to take a shower rather than having a bath from now onwards … ?

Dealing with Dry Glans & Penile Skin

So, the essential is not to directly apply soap and other forms of body wash to your penis. If you are not circumcised, draw your foreskin as far forward as possible before you get in the shower to protect the glans / head and inner-foreskin.
Wash everywhere else on your body and fully rinse, expose the head of your penis and wash with the running shower water only and rub the head and inner-foreskin with the inside of the hand and fingertips to clean.
Just as important is drying penile skin - no moisture should remain, use a clean dry towel that ONLY you use.
