Before this i had noticed a white ring starting to develop around the tip of my foreskin and my frenulum, and it was hard and looked like LS but eventually went away. Over the last few months i noticed that the line going down my penis has become a bit swollen and burns or stings occasionally. It sort of feels like a string being pulled apart really hard and it has slowly become a yellowish color. Not sure what this might be. Anyone know?
