I’ve had a rash on my penis glan since March 2017. I was first diagnosed with Anal Chlamydia but for some reason my penis was itching and I came back negative for the common STDs. After I finished my medications for my AC, I still had redness and itchiness in my penis. I got tested again and came back positive for HSV 2 with an off level of 4.18. I know these test produce a false positive when IGG levels are that low but I don’t think what I have is HSV. HSV spreads and if cause by oral, wouldn’t it be on my shaft too? Along with my itchiness and redness, I also have abdominal pain on both sides. When I press my right side I feel a lot of air. Any ideas.
