Penis Gland/testicles Red 2 YEARS

Hi everyone, I'm 21yrs old. Now in 2018 i was a full time smoker(went through a deck in two days minimum) for a year(quit for 6months, social smoker now). Did not have sex since mid 2017 okay. Basically four months(April 2018) after i started smoking full time i got the jock itch(shaved my pubic hair didn't apply moisturiser to skin, cause of jock itch) and man that was like hell was in bed scratching my genitals for a good two days straight. My genitals were red and i had been using anti fungal cream to remove the jock itch. With time it spread all the way to my anus. No joke. Little did i know you're supposed to use a scarce amount, put quite a bit now which is why it took a whole month for it to heal. In the meantime i also copped balanitis. Man i was just like what the hell was going on. I started get these rashes on my chest(would also get pimples on chest area) on my face below my eyes, pimples too and my hands were like red. I used some steroid cream to remove those rashes. I think my face is kinda scarred from those pimples. Anyways my GP got me to apply hydrocortozine(hydrozol) sudo cream and baby powder on top of that in case i sweat from heat etc . I did that for jock itch/balanitis. Now, the gland on my penis is red, so are my testicles not as bad though. Not itchy, discomfort, just red. My penis has always been like purple-ish blue, testicles too. Don't know how to describe the colour(normal?). Until i had balanitis/jock itch it has all changed. I used hydrozol for two straight months once a day little to no improvement. When i masterbate the gland goes like bright red. GP says my penis is normal. Wouldn't expect the same response from a chick that'd pull my pants down. Can someone relate? Did ciggarettes cause this? narrows the blood vessels idk? Had folliculitis on my thigha too in those 6 months i stopped smoking it disappeared. Don't think I'm ever going to have sex. Just not planning on looking for a partner. For some reason just seems like the ciggarettes caused this to happen. Just feels like the smoking acted as the catalyst in those whole thing. So, what do i do? Is the GP right? If you'd like me to upload photos will do.

A GP is a Medical professional if they think there is nothing unusual then they are normally correct …
