Anyone any idea what could be going on? I have no pain or itching, etc. it just looks different than normal with some cracking and tiny red dots
I have Phimosis so have always struggled retracting my foreskin (more-so when erect) i had managed to pull it back whilst flaccid in the bath 2 days in a row but couldnt really dry it so was thinking it could have been fungal maybe?
