I have a penis glans discoloration issue, it’s been there ever since I could remember. New spots grew around last year. I also have constant meatus inflammation. When i am erect, it disappears. However it’s present when i am flaccid. I am 19. The penis doesn’t have any pains. However, i do think i have lumps on my testicles. They do not hurt, however, occasionally, i have this sharp pain that stings and i cannot move until it passes. I am uncircumcised

The white discoloration is vitiligo, an autoimmune condition of the skin that causes the melanin-producing cells (melanocytes) to disappear. You may see other parts of your skin affected.
You should see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and also get some blood tests to check for other conditions like diabetes, thyroid disease and vitamin B12 deficiency as there is an association between vitiligo and these conditions.
The testicular lumps are unrelated to vitiligo; you should get an ultrasound scan to check what these are.

Greetings, i want clarity on something. I am black, i believe the discoloration is The Black color (although black men normally have black glans). I say this because black spots started growing on the other half of the penis.. THANK YOU FOR YOUR OTHER ADVICE. I WILL INDEED LOOK INTO IT
The small black spots in the middle of the white (depigmented) areas represent small islands of re-pigmentation. The diagnosis of vitiligo still holds.
