i'm 30, not had any medical issues but recently i have developed some white spots on my penis. its not painful to touch or to pass water. i'm sexually active. if anyone has any advice on what this might be and any remedies / medication that might help i would appreciate your help.
These may actually be a natural development, in that they could be Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) and yes they do appear on the glans / head itself - you are also not ‘too old’ for these to first develop.
However, because of your sexual activity it would be best to get checked at a Sexual Health Service, when you can, to be fully sure …
thank you for your help, much appreciated. before getting worse for a couple of days its now subsided and looks completely normal again. Around the same time I had a bad acne out break which i’ve not had since i was a teen. I wonder if it was something hormone related, or allergy perhaps. Anyway everything has cleared up quickly, as you suggest i’ll probably still get tested soon to be on the safe side when its a bit safer to go to the doctors (covid-19). Thanks
