hi my glans on my penis are very sensitive and have redish bumps on the centre of my glans almost like a rash. it also seems to have small cracks and can sometimes look silky. i have swollen penis lips for many years now along with these other problems. i do not wash with any soap that could iritate it nor have i had sex. i have also tried canestine cream for balantis but didnt seem to help. i used to masterbate without anything. however now i moisturise with coconut oil which i feel has helped a little bit and have only been doing it for 3 days. i would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what this could be or how to get rid of it. ive been living with it for a while and have been to dermatologists many times without any answer so please someone help.

to sum up if you are confused: very sensitive glans, unable to touch glans during masterbation, red bumps and rash, small cracks and swollen lips.

i also have this for more than a month now, but i had oral sex and i think it happened because of excessive rubbing, i dont know
i had redness, cracks, tiny red dots, sometimes it itches, and smegma buildup,
but i started applying coconut oil and it seemed to have reduced the problem

The lips are your Meatus - as you have not had sex it is very unlikely this is a problem issue, more likely the way they have developed naturally.
Can you clarify: do you use any form of soap or body wash such as shower gel for cleaning your penis?
And yes, get in the habit of using the coconut oil regularly - after showering and as a lube for masturbation - all you need is a very light coating …
