About a month ago for some odd reason smegma increased bad, I would wake up and my penis would have a good amount of smegma even though I clean regularly
I used some cream and that went away, then randomly I would wake up and there would be a weird layer of dry clear layer over my penis head I’m assuming smegma on my penis head not sure what it is
If i would wipe it it would come off looked like a layer of skin or something. I used more cream but now randomly some days i will wake up and my penis has random red marks
I’ve been using some anti fungal cream and it works to reduce the redness and itching but it comes back randomly.
Some days when i wake up my penis feels irritated and kind of hurts like sore when i sleep face down on my penis.
Not sure what it is.
Sounds like something, or a variety of things that are being placed on your penis are giving you an extreme dermatological reaction.
When did you first start putting creams and anti-fungal on you penis? I would suggest:-
> stop applying ALL creams and ointments on your penis as something is causing this violent reaction
> wash your penis with water ONLY - and when you shower, take a bath, draw the foreskin as far forward as it will go, then after you have washed everything else, expose the head of your penis and wash it with water only. Then, dry this first so that your penis is 100% dry.
* You could try this for 2 or 3 weeks, but if the situation continues to worsen, time to get professional medical help. You can either get a referral to a Urologist via your GP / family Doctor, or simply go to a GUM Clinic / Sexual Health Service in your area, and ask to see a Urologist and state you want this sorting once and for all.
