Really not sure how long this has been there. I noticed some weeks ago. Doesn't really feel like anything and could be totally normal? I just noticed the other side of my penis head doesn't have the same look so now I'm just curious. I can't really find anything that conclusively looks the same. Maybe just fordyce spots? Slightly enlarged glans? Doesn't look like a wart I've ever seen. No other symptoms. Purely aesthetic. Thank you.
