Hii! I’m a 12 year old guy, I have questions. I have a brown dick, and I’m uncircumcised, and the head, the peeing hole is red, but the head is white. Is it dried seman or what? I did see some dried Seman which I cleaned with using my fingers to take it out, but the white thing I’ve the head looks like it’s the skin. Is it just the skin of is it dried seman?
That picture isn't in focus, but there's probably nothing to worry about. It looks like you've only recently been able to retract your foreskin, but that's normal. The colour may change as you get older, but that's normal too. You do need to keep it clean down there though. Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation (or sex when you're older) is normally enough.
