Am 34 years old, I noticed some itching on the right side of my penis head, although usually I take good care of hygiene
By Hygiene, are you using soap? You should only ever use water on the head foreskin area of a penis.
Also, look really carefully at the skin in the area you say - is it different in any way to the skin surrounding it?
Confirm whether you are circumcised or not!
I am circumsised, the area is little different , I dont know how to paste here a photo but I took one for this area(not all penis)
But yes it looks like small sore
