hi, so i have some pain in the head of my penis (the rim) when i masturbate, my foreskin is tighter than usual (difficult to pull it back when erect but can be done), i also have pain in the tip when i tense it when erect. i also have this small lump on the topside about half way down which is very hard when erect but not any pain, i think. i have had that for a while now but it has recently gotten more prominent im very worried about this as i have been looking online for days and i have diagnosed myself with about 20 illnesses, could anyone offer any advice on what they think it may be ? i plan to go to the doctors if the problems persist but it is difficult at the moment with the coronavirus lockdown. by the way i am 22 and uncircumsized , i really appreciate any help
Can you please post some photos of what you’re describing? Otherwise we, too, would be offering 20+ illnesses, which would only make you more confused.
In particular show us the ‘topside lump’ and also how your foreskin looks when it is partially pulled back over the glans. For example, is there like a white circumferential band of scar tissue that becomes visible?
