I developed scaly dry black lesions on both sides of urethral opening of penis nearly one year ago. I tried maximum antifungal and antibacterial creams like kz, lulifin,fucidin but there was no no improvement. Then I went to a dermatologist he said its frictional dermatitis and gave me desonide cream and cetaphil moisturizer but there was no improvement. Then I went to another doctor he said its verrucous skin over glans and gave tacroz ointment, efficort, eloconcream,cetaphil moisturizer but still there was was no improvement. The third doctor gave me livalite lotion to use but there was no improvement. Now it has been 1.5 years since I have those lesions they are painless, do no itch, they do not harm but very unattractive to look. So now I want to undergo laser therapy to get rid of it. Please suggest me how to cure it?
