I have these marks for at least 7 years as I could remember no problems with them , there smooth not risen basically just two marks ,

Anyone know how to attach photo

You can only upload photos from a computer- not a phone or tablet.

Is there any other way I can attach a photo I only have a phone and tablet ?

Some say they can do it on their phone by using  Desktop Mode on their phone using the menu of Chrome Browser. It doesn't work on my iPhone 6, but someone said it works on their iPhone 8. I've tried it on an Android phone but couldn't see the icons then either.
