This issue has been persistent for the past 1 year now. Its some kinda dark pumps that look alike a blackhead. Im now 19 and i don’t exactly know what it is or what to do. Its on the front side of glans. I also have wrinkles on my glans even when im 80-90% erect which just makes it look weird
