My penis head used to be smooth but now it looks a little rough. like some wrinkles on it. I had yeast a couple months ago but it reduced after daily wash with mild soap, still I see some white patches that goes away after wash and return the next day. Also the tip of my foreskin became a little tight, it retracts off the head when erect but not completely like it used to go. The tightened area of skin became greyish white. Urologist said its normal but it doesn't looks normal for me.! Please help.
