I have already discussed this with some people here however I would like the opinion of others too. Even on the Internet there are some quite serious articles which claim that you should better use only warm water and others which claim that you could or even should use a mild-soap/emolient. When I am talking about penis hygiene I obviously talk about cleaning the glans after pulling the foreskin as much as possible (if you have foreskin). What are your thoughts on this?
I have foreskin and I only use warm water. It helps to pull it back and lightly rub the skin to make sure you’re clearing off any oils or other fluids.
