I had what i believe was an ingrown hair on my penis. I was unable to squeeze the hair out and now i have this. Thoughts?

The tried and tested go to I use is liquid antiseptic - place a tiny dab of undiluted on a fingertip and apply, it may really sting on initial application but should soon fade. Apply 3 or 4 times daily for 2 or 3 days, it should begin to heal. Once healing has begun apply 1 or 2 times daily until completely healed.
If the liquid is too painful simply use a cream antiseptic - if it is actually a hair that is ingrown it may need to be removed so that the issue does not arise again.
