Penis is very dry and worried I have damaged it from masturbation? Please help

Hey guys

I hop you are well. As I am circumcised I feel my shaft is very dry and now when I masturbate or had sex sensitivity doesn't feel high at all.

Is there anything I can do to at least improve this problem?

rub some coconut oil before bed every night

doctor can prescribe some cream to help with the dryness or like the other comment coconut oil or a bit of e45 cream u can but over the counter
