Hi everyone, In December 2020, I had oral sex. The day after my penis was in pain and it hurt whenever I urinated. I went and got tested for STDS (Chylmedia & gonnoreha). I did this test twice and came back negative both times. (2-3months apart). also did urine test for bacteria also, came back negative. I started to drink 3L of water a day to see if if helped, and it really did. I couldn't even get an erection before! now I get erections. however, to this day I wake up with swollen/ bigger testicles, this comes and goes throughout the day. my penis isn't how it was before it seems more flacid (hope that makes sense). also, I can't seem to keep an erection for long when I'm with my partner. Sorry for the long post! But in conclusion, I think I have some sort of bacteria ? And through that maybe damaged a nerve. I thought about buying antibiotics myself but I'm not sure? please any advice is welcome! in summary: - swollen testicle throughout the day - struggle keeping erection for long - Penis has changed, seems more flacid - not as horny as I use to be - it has gotten much better (couldn't get erections before) but took 6+months.
