Can someone please tell me what is going on. I have these tiny bumps on the head of my penis and it get so itchy some times. I attached a pic, I can't find pictures that look similar on google. Advice and opinions are appreciated . Thanks.

The tiny bumps are naturally present on an adult penis - if you have an itching issue this usually about what your penile skin is in contact with - this is most often simply soaps and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.
Try to minimise contact for your penis with any soap or other forms of body wash - when you shower wash everywhere else then rinse, then simply using running warm - never hot - water to clean your penis and genital region with. Always ensure all moisture is removed, particularly from the upper-shaft, foreskin if you are not circumcised, and the head / glans itself.
If you apply anything else on a regular basis to your penis, such as Lubes, moisturiser or any form of skin cream, these also could be adding to an accumulative impact and the symptom you notice is the itchiness.
The simple rule is if it does not contact your penile skin, then do not apply it - water is the only safe thing
check for all the stds to rule everything out
