Penis lesions not healing after 10 months

10 months ago I started to form a small painful patch on the corona and neck of my glans penis. I went to a dermatologist after a month of persistent pain and discomfort. The dermatologist diagnosed it as “mild eczema” and prescribed me prescription grade cortisone and antifungal combo cream. The cream made the symptoms much worse. Afterwards, the skin thinned further and I formed three shinny flesh-coloured flat lesions that are often moist to the touch and uncomfortable to rub. The smaller patch, which was located on the border of the neck and shaft is healing and isn’t producing pain any longer although the skin is still discoloured. The main patch is still painful and has ranged from a 4/10 to a 7/10 pain scale daily. I have been to 2 additional dermatologists and 2 urologists and no one seems to know what this can be while producing so much pain. I had been diagnosed with sclerosis Lymphangitis as a deduced diagnosis (since they couldn’t figure it out they said it is likely this) after all the lab work came back negative for bacterial, sti/std, and fungal infections. I was prescribed prednisone 15mg for one week. During this time the pain subsided to 1-2/10 (not completely painless but much less pain) but after stopping the prednisone it’s back to the normal pain. I had some bad sleep side effects to the prednisone which I would like to avoid taking in the future. My doctor has recommended to stop all treatments and see if allowing time for the skin to heal without anymore medication will work. It’s been a month since then and I need some help to alleviate the pain. I have an appointment for a biopsy in 2 months if nothing improves, which I would like to avoid as it will lead to potential scarring and sensation loss. Does anyone know of what I’m suffering from which seems to be a mystery to the established medical community?

hi champ. if it doesn’t pop up in the blood work, it’s probably skin borne. I’m guessing it’s hpv or hsv.
hsv comes and goes. meaning lesions appear and go and that keeps happening. but if that doesn’t happen it’s not hsv.
hpv is generally warts. but this doesn’t look like a wart. the catch is hpv has about a 100 variants. my best guess is that it’s one of the less common wart producing hpv variants.

I’m not sure of these treatments. but these a broad scope painless ones.
try applying HYDROZOL twice daily for two weeks.
try applying crushed/minced garlic twice a day for three months. garlic im using now as well but I’ve realized twice a day is too much so maybe once a day. a very small amount. just keep it on for 5 mins or less and wipe it off.
