hello guys, ive had this lump on my penis for sometime. i did have a cut there which i applied antiseptic cream too. it feels like a hard ish lump but it feels like there is nothing inside of it just a lump. can anybody help please. it only goes red when i mess with it other than its slightly more red than my normal skin colour?

If you had a cut there (from shaving, I assume), it is likely just a scar. It will go away with time, I do not feel that it is an STD or anything insidious.
