Hi, i've had a hard lump on my penis for around 1-2 weeks. it doesn't hurt and it feels like a small hard ball. Does anybody have any idea what this might be? i regularly engage in sexual activity with my partner. So i thought it might be due to that. However i've been looking into genital warts and i am driving myself mad thinking that could be the case.
Has your shaft cleared up any?
