hello my penis meatus is still like fresh red and looks slightly swollen but its not painful. i stop wankingg for 6 days and wank again for 3 following days and its like this again idk what to do. can i do some home remedies? any urologists there? this is my penis when closed and opened meatus.

Stopping masturbation for 6 days will have little or no impact on this - problems like this WILL be further exacerbated when you do masturbate, so you need to abstain for in-excess of 3 weeks at a time, masturbate once, then another 3 week rest.
