My penis has been like this my whole life (22yrs). Dont know how to describe it in words so i uploaded a couple pics. Have never seen this anywhere online, never seen a doctor for it. Seems like some emryo/developmental issue.
Are you referring to the dark pigment on the shaft? Otherwise it looks normal to me.
Pop,
From the pictures you offered, your penis looks perfectly normal. No two penises look exactly the same, even in twins - and I'm a twin!. Every penis is unique.
So I don't understand what's concerning you. Please explain.
Christopher

I am referring to when i retract the foreskin, internal tissue is exposed. The skin of the foreskin is not attached to the urethra if that makes sense.

Hi, I can't really see any problems based on your attatched photos. The foreskin isn't supposed to be attatched to the urethra. Not sure from where you've got that idea? :-) I believe it's all fine with you.
I mean when i retract the foreskin, the flesh of the penis is exposed, like whats under the skin. Hard to explain. If you look at the third pic, you can see what i mean.
Can you retract your foreskin more than in the third photo? If not, it would be good to gradually stretch it exposing the glans fully. Don’t force anything - just pull it back a little more day by day. The skin under the foreskin will be tender and sensitive but it’s good to make sure it is clean and to avoid build - up of dead skin cells (smegma). It should be pleasurable and not hurt.
