Penis pain no visual signs

hi everyone, about 20 days ago i received a happy ending massage (an unplanned ending that i should have refused). Once home i washed my self including using hand sanitizer on my penis (stupid).

so fast forward 20 days and i am in fairly constant penile pain. it varies from a dull felling in the head to a sharp pain in the head. At its worst it radiates down the shaft. its worst when i go to bed and i have not had a good nights sleep for over a week. basically constant pain. there are no visible marks, no discharge or other symptoms.

I am not panicking and getting depressed.

Any help or assistance most welcome.

Sorry. Above post should have said “I am panicking and getting depressed.” Also I have had STD tests and all negative. GP has thrown their hands in the air and said they have no idea.

Currently taking Trimethoprim, APO-Cephalexin and Doxycycline. After three days I don’t think there is any improvement.

Are you able to go to one of the larger Walk-In Sexual Health Centers, or if you are in the UK you could go to a GUM Clinic, or the other possibility is to go see a urologist as the GP does not have the specific knowledge of what is going on …
