You would not get 1 Molluscum contagiosum on its own as it is more like an infestation to an immediate area.
Given the area it is most likely a blockage of some kind or potentially an ingrown hair: treat it with Liquid Antiseptic - dab a small amount of undiluted antiseptic directly onto this 3 or 4 times a day and it should reduce in size within 3 days.
It may simply be a pimple that has developed on the natural bump of a sebaceous gland treating it as I suggest should get rid of a pimple anyway
