Hello I am getting quite nervous and dont know what to do.
I have this white single lump on my penis for about 4 months. I think it got a bit bigger and dont know what it could be.

check this w ur doctor, if ur in the US a urologist can do the check up. i had a similar lump (sebaceous cycst) and i underwent a minor surgey. i am recuperating now.
Looks more like a wart that can develop anywhere on the body - you would need to get a doctor to check and arrange minor surgery to remove it …
wart, i have one pop up exactly the same, in exactly the same location aswell in 2017, had it frozen off took a good 8 10 months to heal though with it being a sizeable wart.
