ive got spots on my penis and im not sure what they are. help please
These are most likely to be natural part of the make up of your penis. They could be a combination of Fordyce Spots that you have present on the head and shaft of your penis, there are also several glands they could be, most likely some of the are simply Sebaceous glands that have become irritated. For irritation it is best to exclude things such as skin cream and baby oil, after urinating try to wash each time with water only, as soap can eventually become a major irritant - you must then make sure your penis is completely dry after washing or taking a shower as the presence of any moisture can also be an irritant.
